I hit a wall and Cant get past it

I'm 16 and currently 5'7 170 and my max bench is 320, squat - 475, and deadlift - 350. I was making great gains in strength for about 3 months then I hit a wall. I haven't put a pound on any of my max's for 2 months. Do I have to take a supplement to get any stronger now? because all I have taken is protein.

u can try eating a bit more as well as switching up your training regime as well. instead of bench press u can incorporate a dumbell press exercise in your workout? hope this helps. great numbers btw!

Those are AWESOME numbers for your weight age and height especially squat and bench seems to me like eating more would help benifit you, but it's kinda hard to tell since we don't know your routine or diet, but whatever your doing it must be working (: 170 at 5'7" is pretty thick.
Goals by end of 2009: Bench 205 Squat 255 ATG Squat Clean 185 "There is no elevator to success, you must take the stairs."

Yea its kind of hard to keep my diet up while im in school but right now this is what ive been eating. Breakfast 3 eggs with cheese 2 pieces of toast Protein Shake Lunch 3 peanut butter sandwich's tuna with crackers Another protein shake Dinner Usually i eat some kind of meat with some pasta *in between meals i'll eat a protein bar or some fruit I drink another protein shake before i go to bed Pretty soon im going to change this up lol eating the same stuff everyday just gets old

Eat more, Although that's alot of food that's not many calories..

Alright thanks bro, ill let you know when i change my diet it will probly be in the next 1-2 weeks
