Im going to be 38 in August, but i can see myslef that the areas that i have worked on do not look like they belong to a 38 yr old, but the areas that need more attention do look aged. this really isnt a question, more a statement. If you keep your muscles in good condidtion you do not look your age. this is a fact! So to all you people out there that are at the stage where you are wondering if it is worth all the hardwork, ask yourself this. Do you really want to look older than you are? Or do you want people to say...wow, you look great, you dont look ? yrs old! " I know what i choose.

Totally agreed. In fact, it' s my personal #1 motivator with a close second being I want to be healthy for longer and be able to function down the line. I' ve seen some people in my gym in their 50s-60s that kick butt. So I know for me, it' s not even close to over yet. Keep up the good work. Gotta keep us posted on what goes on during your quest for fitness. Even those posts themselves are motivating to many.
