Cheat on your girlfriend, not your meals.

What they said. (Except cheating on your girlfriend. Clever, but evil!) Also, eat more fibrous veggies.

One thing you may want to consider here - if you've been on a very strict diet for a longer period of time, certain hormones in your body are going to start shifting (leptin being the biggest ones). When it gets altered from normal, you are going to find that hunger kicks into overdrive and usually you become a lot more fatigued as well. What may be necessary is a short-term, high carb 'refeed' (basically bring calories up to about 15 cals/lb and be sure you are taking in at least 200 grams of carbohydrates). Do this for 3-4 days and then return back to your normal diet. You will gain some water weight (since carbs cause the body to retain water), but this will be lost within a few days of returning back to the other diet.

Cheat to Lose diet. It's nice. The guy figures out how to manipulate leptin to lose weight and be able to cheat regularly. And I thought cheaters were winners? Like the Patriots, yano?

BodyByPilates Need to occupy your mind with other interests so you don't obsess about food. You want it cause you can't have it. Once you start eating unhealthy again, it can be hard to stop! That's true. Eat to live, don't live to eat.
