Please please give me sound advice... to have a "ripped" body (not bulky). Im after speed, strenght, and endurance. i'm not into bodybuilding to look bulky and not a bodybuilder.
My questions: Do you have to get 3-6 body fat and then bulky before you can look "ripped"?
What type of exercise and how should I eat to look ripped? not bulky... i want good definition on my muscle/
My story: I'm already in great shape currently, i can see my 4 pack-abs so my BF isn't high, but I have a problem:
My muscle have very little definition... I wanna look like Bruce lee

not those huge muscle guy. I'm also afraid my bodytype wont allow me to look as rip as bruce because im most mesomorph (i gain muscle easily and dont get fat easily)
I know that I need to do more workout to get 3-5 body fat to look more rip but
what kind of exercise should I do to look rip instead of bulky?
The exercise I been doing: Doing all kinds of lift with dumbell in two hands REALLY fast (not slow like those guy cause I'm afraid my arm will get bulky). Lots of stretching with whole body .. i can do split. Lots of cardio, more than weight training in form of running mostly.
I have "soccer leg" so if I do swat, my leg and calve look HUGE. But when I stop working my leg and do more stretching, it does slim down. I want to avoid any leg workout...
My nutrition is overall good... eating lots of organic foods and protein from raw egg white. and a little bit of sugary foods everyday not lot.
