I don't take it, but a buddy of mine does: Body Fortress Super Mass Gainer. He gets it at Wal-mart. Here's the website:

Ho HOOOOOOOOOOOOO my god! Dude!
You need to intervene, bro. That stuff is garbage

I can't find a price for it anywhere (Wal-Mart won't share their super secret oh-my-god-it's-a-national-security-matter prices online), but I'm willing to bet it's dirt cheap. Well, you get what you pay for:
The label shows two serving recommendations -if you follow the serving size for 620 calories (about average), you'll get six whole servings out of a single 2.25 lb container (170 g each, again, about average). Put up the ingredients list and it utterly falls apart. It's got the same amount of protein as the others, but they list them as "Nonfat Dry Milk, Whey Protein Concentrate, Calcium Caseinate, and egg white". That has to be the worst, least-cost protein composition I've ever seen on a label. "Nonfat Dry Milk"?? are you serious?? You can bet that forms 90% of the protein blend.
It gets worse.
They kept the fat content down (that was nice of them), but this product lists 98 grams of carbs (about average),
83 of which are simple sugars. That's more than
three times the simple sugars in everyone else's product!
If you can get me a solid price per 2.25 lb container, I think I'll have everything you need to get your buddy off this swill

You may pay less per container, but they can't hide the price per serving.
