So waht do yo uguys think of this routine..

It looks like a lot but the concept he has seems to be right and I want to know if its worth giving a try ..because I can't find anything else for hypertrophy.

What do you mean by a hyperthropy routine?
5'8.1"
Age = 19
started in February 16th 2007: 58kg (127.6lbs)
current : around 78-79kg (171.6lb-173.8lb)

I don't train body parts these days... I train basic compound exercises...

i assume he means a routine focused on size, caring little or not at all about strength?
Current: 18, 5'11", 194

bench:290 squat:405 deadlift:420

Well I did strength routines in the past and now I want to try one for size but I don't know which ones are good.

any routine can be a hypertrophy routine.  as long as you are proggressively adding weight to your workouts.
