I know theres another post on here about HH but I didnt wanna use his post so I could ask my questions.

Anyways, is this a good supp? I've heard a lot of mixed reviews about it. I'm just kinda scared to use a thermogenic. I mean, I'll be using Creatine, Protein, ect. while taking it but I wanna cut up but I dont wanna lose allmy mass I've put on. I weigh about 195 right now and I would love to cut my body fat down but I dont wanna wind up being like 160, trying to play college football.

Just wanted some opinions.

cant go by reviews sometimes man.. just gotta try it out and see if it works. trial and error is the best way to figure out what works for you ;). HH worked for me and all my friends. you wont lose your mass and strength while on this. this simply makes you workout better and keeps your metabolism high. just lift INTENSE, eat clean, and do a lot of athletic drills. you will get bigger, lose the fat, and the drills will keep you light on your toes so you dont turn into a big pile Smile

You really are a life saver man, im thinking about taking it. Heard it eats away at not just your fat cells but muscle cells?

You hear things like this a lot about thermogenics.  It's recommended that you make sure you take at least a gram of protein for every pound you weigh to ensure that it doesn't eat away at your muscle.  For instance, if you weigh 195 pounds, try to consume up to 195 grams of protein for your daily diet.

Just tweak your diet and add some cardio.
