I looked for an earlier thread on this stuff but I couldnt find it. How is this stuff, is it worth it? And what will it do for me as I enter my cutting phase?

Its junk sans Ephedra, This stuff is definately not worth the money

Get Lipo-6 by Nutrex. From what I hear it's the best thermogenic out there.

Umm dont take anything!!!!!! http://www.bodybuildingforyou.com/hydroxycut/hydroxycut-sideeffects-benefits.htm You know something is bad when the effects weigh more than the benefits. That sh*t is not good for you, and neither is anyother weight loss pill. Just keeping going to the gym and hitting the treadmill hard and youll lose weight. Dont take the easy way out, good things come to people who wait. -Mike

Like mikey said, work it out in the gym...the effect and outcome is more permanent and it can help in your overall health. Risks of high cholestrol, high blood pressure, and fat related diseases can still continue if your overall health is not optimum. You might be able to lose all your body fat but at the end of the day, its health that matters...
