Hungry - under calaried or sick? - Wednesday, June 18, 2008 5:55 AM
Hello Dbbers,

It's been a while since i have posted.

But as of late i have been feeling real hungry all the time. Can someone please give advice or critique my diet.
It seems i am eating around 3,000+ calories a day on average day but i am hungry all the time.

My routine is sleeping 7.5 hours a day, working at an office job(8am to 6pm), and doing weight training Mon,Wed,Thurs with kickboxing and Tues, Fridays.

On either a saturday or sunday, i will normally do about 45 minutes of steady cardio, while the other day i will rest.

I dont drink any alcohol or take any drugs, or smoke.

My meal cosumption is as below

Details Consumption
6.45am - Rolled Oats 3 scoops. 300 calories

9am - Chicken Avacado, mayo sandwich. 370 calories
10.45am - Chicken Avacado, mayo sandwich. 370 calories
Noon  - Chicken Katsu curry or some other takeaway. 1105 calories
4pm - Sushi or sandwich. 370 calories
8pm - Typical home cooked asian diner (chicken or beef) with 1 cup rice. 450 calories

Total 2965 calories

Additional to this, i have a protein shake when i wake up and another after gym which is around 7pm.

Once i add all this up, my calories should be roughly 3,200 per day?

Why am i hungry all the time? it ends up making me bloated. Basically the only thing that keeps me full is the fried chicken katsu curry, but at 1,000 calories per meal, i cant be eating that all day..

Furthe to this the hungrinees creates allot of air in my stomache and makes me feel bloated? Is it time to see a doctor, or am i eating too little calories?

My stats 5 foot 9, 168 pounds.
