Are these okay to eat? the hummus had all natural ingredients except some soybean oil in the later end of the list, i'm pretty sure its fine

the main thing im wondering about is these tortilla chips. the ingredients are white and yellow corn maze, canola oil, salt, and something else

only 5% sodium so thats not bad. what about the canola oil and corn maze?

also if thats not good what about whole wheat tortilla chips?

hummus is yummmmmm and it is good for you. I purchase the organic/natural hummus. The ingredients are g. beans, garlic, olive oil, and some other spices. I don't use chips or anything "carb" to eat it w/. I make "deviled eggs".
Boil eggs
Cut in half, get rid of yolk.
spoon in some hummus and they are soooo good!!!

Skip the chips, keep the hummus.  However, try to find a hummus that uses Olive oil instead of soybean.  There are quite a few brands so you will have to read ingredients labels.  I like my hummus on raw veggies and salad

Watch out for HFCS in humus, I think the Athenos brand has it in all of their humus flavors.

"wheat" tortilla chips are not much better than regular tortilla chips.  I say if you're going to have a chip then have a chip, but don't use these wheat chips as your main dipper for the hummus.  Another delicious thing to do is to get a 100% whlole wheat pita and chop it up in little triangles and bake it in the oven until it is crispy...sooo good, and much better than chips.
