Hey !. Im 13 and in the past month i've started oing to the gym doing weights and had massive gains in my arms. And my legs have gotten alot stronger. Just wondering when the gains are going to stop being so huge. Thanks

6-10 months I'd say is where the noob gains stop and you have to get learning.

I'd say its closer to 4-6. At least thats where I needed to start improving my diet and routine. Take full advantage of noob gains by having a solid diet with a nice routine.

also take advantage of the fact that your body has high testosterone levels at this age, ive never had "noob gains", eventually your level your increasing by will slow down, but everyting takes time.
first day with no buds, 11/17, need a new job. 1 down 13 to go.
