:@ Huge blister on my foot :(

Ok so ive gott this huge blister under my left big toe  i opened up, bust open, and was noticed yesterday at my fitness training for soccer. It was hot as hell and we were doing endless compettative psrints, jogging, ball work blah blah blah.
 
Its really hurting i just took my dog for a walk and i couldnt even walk properly, got important training tommorow and next week aswell (trials) its killing me.
 
My mums told me to walk around barefoot to dry it out which is what ive being doing. any help? thaught ide share this

I got one on the side of my foot too hasn't burst yet but sucks.

Make sure you keep it covered and use anti-septic generously.... ive seen some pretty nasty cases of blisters that werent taken care of - covered shoes, clean socks, regular dressing and anti-septic and try to keep weight off it as much as possible - should be healed in 3 days or so
