Hows the routine? - Tuesday, September 09, 2008 7:15 PM ( #1 )
Im 178lb 18yr 6,0ft
Mon: Am:long distance Cardio
        Pm: All upper body from abs to shoulders everything but legs 3 set 8-12 reps
Tues:Am: 20mins HITT session
        Pm: All legs 3 sets 8-12 reps and some light cardio
Wed:Am: 30min swim
        Pm: Same as monday
Thur:Am:20 mins HITT session
        Pm All legs 3 sets 8-12 reps light jog outside
Fri:Am:30min swim/30 eliptcal
     Pm: Same as Mon/Wed
Sat:Long run sometime during the day
Sun: Day off/some light cardio

Wondering if this good and if i will see good results or am i overtraining myself?

your body has to rest at some point.  otherwise you just keep causing trauma to the same fibers over and over.  does your lifts consist mainly of compounds?
No the leg press is not the same as doing squats.

somewaht i do isolated biceps and triceps and bent over rows with Db and rest is compound
