Hows my routine..Any Muay Thai fighters out there?

Training to cut down to 9% bf, get strength and conditioning better for my muay training and get a good phisique. Not after something extreme just a good fighters phisique. Don't really mind not getting good abs showing just mainly a flat stomach and strengthened abs. monday: muay thai Tuesday: 4x10-12 all - I circuit train 2 exercises and have 1min rest in between. Squats Widegrip Pullups Incline Bench Press Dumbell Bicep Curls Shoulder Press Bent Over BB rows wednesday: muay thai Thursday: cardio abs 20min Jog on tredmill 10min HIIT 20min moderate pace bike abs friday: 4x10-12 all - I circuit train 2 exercises and have 1min rest in between. Deadlift Shrugs Flat Bench Arnolds Seated One Arm Rows Skull Crushers Weighted Pullups Tricep PullDowns saturday: rest or cardio/abs sunday: repeat Tuesdays weightlifting.

I do muay thai if i was doing that i would be constantly exhausted, but if you think you can do it go for it :)

I do a bit of muay thai. No matter what sport, however, you are an athlete and your program has too many isos and not enough full body, heavy, explosive lifts. Also you're short on leg movements. Here are my modifications. monday: muay thai Tuesday: 4x10-12 all - I circuit train 2 exercises and have 1min rest in between. Squats Widegrip Pullups Incline Bench Press Hang clean Split jumps/lunges Bent Over BB rows SLDL 1 leg/split squat wednesday: muay thai Thursday: cardio abs 20min Jog on tredmill 10min HIIT 20min moderate pace bike abs friday: 4x10-12 all - I circuit train 2 exercises and have 1min rest in between. Deadlift Push press Flat Bench DB snatch Seated One Arm Rows Close grip explosive bench Weighted Pullups Dips
