Hows my diet?

This is my clean bulk diet. This is what I make for the week and pack to bring to work. Dinner varies but is about 300-500 calories and approx 160-240 or those calories coming from protein. I dont know how much of a difference it really makes but all meats are made on George Foreman grill. AM1 - Whey Shake, 2 Turkey sausage links, Kashi go Lean protein crunch with fat free milk. AM2 - Serving of flank steak and greek yogurt Lunch - Chicken breast, Broccoli with serving of reduced fat cheddar cheese, and a Babybell cheese wheel PM1 - Turkey peperroni and peanuts Preworkout - Turkey sandwhich w/swiss and reduced fat mayo w/olive oil in it on whole wheat bread. Post workout - Natural Peanut butter and sugar free jelly on whole wheat bread and protein shake. Totals: Calories, 2315; Fat 96 grams; Carbs 139 grams; Protein 222 grams. So 27% fat, 17% carbs, and 38% protein. And again, this is not including dinner. Does this look good?

Oh sorry. I am currently 5' 9" at 168 pounds. I havent gone to the gym consistantly in about 9 months. Prior to that, I was going 5 days a week and was a lean 165-170 at approx 12% body fat. Now I am a flabby, out of shape 168 and probably in the range of 18% body fat.

168? Dude, I don't think you are going to see any gains eating 2300 calories at 168. I mean 2300 is what I used to cut when I was 175 and chubby.

Yeah, the 2300 is what I eat during the day. Because I eat the same thing during the day, I change what I eat for dinner everyday. Its between 300-500 calories and approx 160-240 or those calories coming from protein. So the total diet is 2600-2800 with 260-280 grams of protein.

You might want to reduce the protien and increase the carbs if you're looking to gain weight.

Oh I see. Well then that's not too bad. Maybe hit 3,000 in a couple of weeks.
