Hey guys, i'm just wonderin in what do you guys marinate the chicken with. I usually use pepper salt and lemon but are there any toher suaces you guys recommend using, or anything at all ... just tryin to spice the chicken up a bit cause this same old tatste of lemon get boring ... Thanks !

Try using lite italian dressing.It was a nice change from the lemon for me.

I use mrs dash, balsamic, lemon, basil, oregano, pepper, and organic poultry rub or garlic powder NOT garlic salt (not necessarily all together, but I do some mixing and matching).

i like my chickin plain jane. occasionally i'll eat them with flavored beans but thats the most i add to it.

My wife did this tonight, and it was awesome! 4- 6 oz. breasts, about a half an onion chopped, a 4 oz. can of green chilis, a little water, and little bit of chicken bullion-type stuff. Then bake it covered. WOW that was good, and extremely juicy! I hate dry azz chicken, and I had two of these they were so good.
