I consider myself to have a slightly below-average understanding of supplements and have a couple questions. 1. After I lift, I have a great 'pumped up' look and feeling for about an hour or more. Are there any supplements that can help me keep this 'pumped up' look/feeling for the entire day? Creatine? N.O. products? Both? Others? 2. Has anyone experienced any ill-effects from taking creatine, N.O. Xplode and Nitrix all at the same time (throughout the day)? If this is a bad idea, I'd love any feedback/input. Great forum! Thanks!

NITRIX should do the trick for what you are looking for. I have taken Axis HT, Syntha 6, Nitrix, No X, and cell mass as a stack and it worked really well. Other than the timing of when you need to take the supps and the EXPENSE, i had no complaints. All depends on what you are looking for. I currently just eat well, eat a protein shake and work out VERY hard. GL to you.

Thanks for the feedback -- and I completely agree, the timing and $$ is aggravating. I'm already on Nitrix and N.O. Xplode, but was thinking about adding 5-6g of creatine to the mix and see what happens. But again, I'm far from an expert and thought I'd ask here first. FYI, I'm 5'7", ~137 lbs, 37 yrs old and been lifting for strength (softball nut) for about 2 years now.

Once you are on the boards for a few weeks, you will be able to tell who is VERY knowledgeable and who gives good advice. I am 35 yrs old, 5'8, and weigh 160. I recently started a strength weight program myself. Ironic, right? I am a police officer, so i choose to stay in shape for obvious reasons.
