I started working out almost 3 months ago and have recently started taking cell tech. When I first started I was curling 55 lbs for workout. I now work out with 95lbs, but I just cant seem to get my arms any larger. I am trying so hard to get that hard bulging bicep and yet my arms just get thicker all around. What can I do to get that ripped bicep ?

What exactly are you doing for your workouts right now? All of them- Not just your arm workout. Also, let us know how you're currently eating- Without the right amounts of the right foods, all the workouts and supplements in the world aren't going to do much for you. If you need to find out how many calories you should be eating in order to gain muscle, check out the top of the nutrition forum, look for a post about calorie calculators. Use the info in there to find out how many calories a day your body needs, then add 300-500 to that number for muscle growth. If you're not working every muscle group, you should start now- I don't mean to imply anything, but we get a lot of new members here who only seem interested in getting big arms and chests- If this is you, trust me- The best way to reach your goals is to work EVERY muscle group. With a weak lower back, you're not going to be able to curl much weight- Less weight lifted, smaller arms.

He's saying his arms are getting bigger but he's looking for definition, so he would have to burn the fat around the muscle on his arms which would be lifting lighter weights for longer instead of heavier for shorter periods of time right?

15-30% less weight slower, prefect form, and flexing at the peak will help. cutting down BF% to reveal the bicep. oh and do rep of 10-15

I work out my arms using the preacher bench and also using dumbells. I work out on the bench but have a bad shoulder so i cant lift to much without pain there. I do squats as well. I am deployed in Iraq right now so my food intake is limited as far as variety goes. I drink tons of water. I do cardio for atleast 35 minutes every day except the weekend.

Just got a bottle of superdrol and novedex xt. I am planning on taking it with the cell tech and hydroxycut that I have already been taking. Will this be okay?

After only three months of lifting? Don't bother with all that. Get your diet straight first, see what changes that brings about in your system. Then, once you know how well you're gaining with just a good diet, start adding some supps- But try to do introduce those one at a time, so you'll know for sure what they're really doing for you- Some of them, you might not respond to.

no my arms are pretty defined i want them bigger. I do curls (12-15 LBs) and pushups (too young to bench press). I can do 50 at any given time. I do the "air bike" thing for abs. I run and swim (run-summer swim-winter) and i have good definition. MY forearms are also pretty defined but i want bigger biceps

K well, along with the help of all these other guys, i may as well provide my insight. now from what i understand you want to get bigger arms. what you have to do is take in the right foods, carbs, certain fats and what not. now i forget the exact equation for calories or w/e, but im sure someone will give you it. 2nd, working just your arms is not enough, working your lower body can provide a 10% increase to your upper body. and wether you want bigger or more defined, well if its more defined, you need to burn off fat, so do higher reps lower wieghts, for bigger lower reps higher weights, usually about 15 reps for fat lose, and about 5-6 reps for muslce gain is appropriate, i recommend single leg lifts, deadlifts, even with dumbells it will work with enough weight. and you have to work your triceps, forearms, and shoulders, since they all are usually called into motion with most workouts. so building all those will in turn help you lift heavier wights. throw in some hammer curls along with your curls, it works a whole different part of the bicep. now if someone sees somethin left out, im just adding, everyone thats posted is right with what they say. another factor could be genetics, you may have reached your peak for the size of your arms, but for definition, that can be altered. Anyway, i hope this helps you out.

Just like situps won't make you lose fat in your abs. The only way to lose fat around your biceps is to lose fat around your whole body (which is what cutting is for). There are two steps to definition: 1. Build the muscle 2. Cut the fat. Doing higher reps with lower weight won't cut fat.
