Military presses, side lateral raises, upright rows, shrugs (The stronger your traps, the more support your shuolders have for direct shoulder movements) push presses- there are plenty of exercises you can use to get wider shoulders. Still- Diet's key though. Without that in place, you're growing nothing.

What about wide grip pull ups? I just started those last week and am feeling a tremendous difference in the outer part of my shoulder that I have never felt before. Unique Premier Member, wth? LOL Is that the same thing as being special?

Im making a site with the word "unique" in the domain(i won't tell anyone what it is yet) and no its not the same thing as being special. I believe everyone has different goals, perspectives, and everyone has different routines, etc.. therefore if you put it together everyone is truly unique in one way or the other. LOL!

Outer part? Are you talking about the rear delts? I can't imagine wide grip pullups doing much for the shoulders otherwise. Don't get me wrong, they're an excellent exercise, but more as a back movement than something you'd do for direct shoulder work. If we're also talking about indirect shoulder building exercises, there'd be tons to list- Chest movements, deadlifts, bent over rows, curls, etc-

Upper outer part? Where the triceps meet the shoulder? I find when I'm doing close grip pullups I feel something in that area.

Side arm lateral raises with dumbells are the best for broadening your shoulders. Try doing 4x10,8,8,6 and also try doing 21's with them. Even tho I don't use cables that often, they work well for that too. I did these twice a week for a few weeks when I was really working on shoulders and I got noticeably wider.
