In the May 2003 edition of Muscle and Fitness, on page 164-65 there is a really short but awesome article on tendinitis.

Gives some great areas, signs and symptoms.

If you get a chance, you might want this issue just for those 2 pages. I' ve had a few occurances of tendinitis when it comes to biceps, triceps and more recently, the knees.

Very good read.

Glucosamine worked in my case. I had some mild soreness around the knees and elbows. Tried everything form related. Nothing.

Friend told me about Glucosamine. Tried it. 2 weeks later.. pain was almost completely gone. Since I changed nothing else, I have to assume it was the supplement.
