pretty good read lol. but his squat was not that impressive compared to his other lifts. he most have neglected his legs when he was younger

Ha I noticed that his squat was pretty crappy too!
5'6" 125/ Bench: 115 / Front squat: 90 / Deadlift: 205 / Pullups: 10

Ya he's definately an "upper body, not so much legs" kinda guy.  And you'd think he'd know better to not use all those stupid machines.
