It seems that pretty much, most of the articles only include diet on working out days.. 1)if i am consuming 3000 calories per day, does it mean i have to consume lesser calories than 3000 on non working out days? 2)Does it really matter wheater you eat chicken, soy, e.t.c food in any meal? 3)Is it better off drinking whey before/after workout or just after workout? 4)Is it better off drinking Creatine b4 going to bed or just milk cause its slow digesting source? 5)Overall, How should diet on workout days and non workout days differ?

1. thats a debated issue. personally i think it depends on ur body type. if u dont gain fat easily keep it the same. if u do then i would have it a little lower with lower carbs on rest days 2. yes it does matter. some proteins aren't as high quality as others. i mean fish vs. chicken wont matter, but beans vs. chicken will 3. before and after 4. no. just have it pre/post workout
