Stats
Hight : 6"3
Weig : 200lb, must weigh 183lb for below 10% fat

Now... According to my calculations that is about 100g of protein
excluding the whey protein. I do have whey at home but the
info on the jar doesn't say how much protein there is per what amount. This diet is 1000 kj less than i should take(which is 9000 -1000 = 8000kj)

Q1: Is this a good program to follow?
Q2: How much whey powdr should I take Per serving(twice a day)?

Thanks in advance if I don't reply and if somebody replies

Q1: Looks good. That's a lot of fish and potatoes.

Q2: Without knowing what amount there is per serving I cannot really answer that either.

I don't like your workout schedule. I personally believe that to best build your arms and muscle groups, you should work opposites in the same day. So, your chest should be coupled with your back so you don't cramp up, and your biceps should be with your triceps.

And why aren't you working your legs? They are the biggest muscle group. I hope I didn't miss it and sound mean as a result, but that has to be the most important thing! Wouldn't you like it to be able to stay the exact weight you are now (200 lbs.) and be under 10% bodyfat? It's easily doable if you work out your legs and put some size of them (which will come naturally from just squatting and lunges).

Why are legs the most unpopular bodypart? I couldn't tell you...
