Now, I've seen many stats so far with some big numbers. So ye, you can bench-press a lot, you can do bicept bar a lot, I bet most of you can do more Lat Pull-Down weight than your own weight! I've seen this huge bodybuilder in my gym, while me and my friend were doing pull-ups. My friend can do around 20-30, so when the bodybuilder saw him do that, he was like I'm gonna give it a try, he could hardly do 3. Something that all of us should be able to do naturally and I think if you can't do 30 push-ups/10 pull-ups or and atleast 10 dips, then you have to start working on it. Please provide the number of pull-ups you can do in one set! Max or average will do!

I do pullups and pushups all the time. I can do around 120 pushups in one set and 50 is the most pulups I've ever done.(I can probably only do about 30-40 right now though) I like doing exercises with just my body weight for 3-4 weeks at a time, and teh I go back to weights.

I started max-ot 2 weeks ago and following their rules (after working out 8-10 days take a week of rest doing absolutely nothing), like can I do pull-ups and push-ups during that time? Do I have to make space in my workout schedule for pull-ups/push-ups?

I'm a wimp! I can only do 10-12 most days and have maxed at 15... but then again I'm 190+lbs most days. I ALWAYS do them on back day. Most of the general population can't even do one

A lot of people do them wrong, and if they didn't do them wrong they could only do one or two. The popular thing seems to be going down only halfway if that and then going back up But not all the way up. Go down hang then pull your chin above the bar. I haven't done one armed in a long time; I'll see next week how many I can do.

What kind of pull-up are we talking? Reverse grip, wide? No thumb? lol Palms facing me I can probably get 15 strict on a good day. Palms facing away from me and bringing chin above the bar...maybe 10, not sure. Palms facing away and touching the back of my neck to the bar I could probably get 20-22.
