For teens, how much do you bench and how long have you been training? I'm amazed at how a 14-16 yr old can bench so much..

I've been training off and on for the past 4 years, but I've been training right now for 9 months straight. I can only bench 180 but that's bound to go about 20lbs over the next few weeks. I neglected my chest for the first year and a half, and I've made plenty of mistakes since then. I think I've got it down now, so I should be increasing my bench a lot more now.

I've been lifting on and off since like November 2003 when I was 16, so a little over a year ago. I'm 18 now and have only started working out right with an actual routine about 3 months ago. I can bench around 160 lbs and I'm like 144-145 lbs myself.

I've been lifting for 5 years (started at 14). I was the only person in the 1200+lb club on the football team under 200lbs. Nothing but creatine and protein for me back then. Once I got a good foundation my bench, squat, and deadlift skyrocketed in a short period of time. I was a coach last year for the local 7th & 8th grade team. One of the kids was pretty strong for his age (14 and benching 130 lbs). He is now benching over 160lbs with only protein as a supplement. That is a great gain for someone his age and size. Hard work + eating right = good gains

Your boy cries but you proceed to fratenise with those baby blue eyes, eyes like the sky you pleaded for ties. Your stomach cries, and you envisionise a plate full of fries. Lord they are hot though, don't touch, I advise. But you are burned, and penalised, of course overdramatise and you get the prize. I am that boy baby girl and now I will end your 9 lives.
