 How many exercises per body part?

How many exercises per body part? - Monday, June 30, 2008 10:01 AM
 Hi im 15 and i decided to start bodybuilding this summer.
One thing that i would like to know is how many exercises per bodypart i should choose? I'm finding my exercises from http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises.htm

learn to squat and deadlift correctly!
No the leg press is not the same as doing squats.

i usually do 4 to 5 different exercises on one body part consisting of 3 sets for each exercise. When you've been training for a bit you start to know what's more effective for you and what makes you ache the next day, make sure ya get plenty of good protien and complex carbs down you
