hey thanks guys..... the prob is for the last 2 yrs i only worked out for my vac. thts tot. 4 months(in india) coz over here im bzy with studies..... anyway nxt march ill be going away from KSA for higher studies so ill be able to workout regularly in a gym... another prob is that if i dont tense my body u cant see my abs or anythin i mean i jst look thin..... so i guess for me to achive a body like my idol...SLY!!!i would have to bulk right? and how many months should i do tht? should i jst follow the general bulking guide available in this forum or can u guys give me one...? thankyou

i jst looked through the bulking guide by SPACK...but he hasnt mentioned the specific food to eat right?(or did i miss it?) can anyone prescribe me the exact food i gotta eat? and for such a body like mine i have to bulk and cut down right? BTW...Bulkin means inc. you wieght right? and wat does cut down mean? pls help me guys thankyou

Yes, bulking is trying to pack on the weight (good solid muscle, minimal fat gain), and cutting is burning off all the fat you have put on from bulking and just becoming completely ripped! :) That's in simple terms...

if i were u, and ur serious about looking good and weight training, I would put on 15-25 lbs in a period of about 3 months. Then train with that weight for about 5 months...then cut back down to what u like. U cant start out looking like the hulk, u gotta get big then chisel.
