food wise i know some saturated fats are needed like red meat also oysters increase test supp wise tribulus terrestris is the only one i know of minus takin an estrogen blocker

Not always an option but have sex increases test. alot. Of course that doesn't mean find a hooker before you go work out.

intense sets of squats, leg press and deadlift (5-10 rep range with longer rests between sets). sunbathing. testosterone is naturall higher in the morning. High protein diet. lower emotional stress. Splitting cardio and weight training by atleast 8 hours. basically anything that lowers cortisol will also increase testosterone levels, and alchohol will also increase your cortisol levels

like edwhobbs and daelight said working out your legs releases a lot of testosterone and growth hormones naturally. hobbs also pointed out that alcohol will cut down on testosterone and I would add on to the statement that it will hurt your protein intake as well. I asked in a previous post and after doing some research I found out that alcohol hurts your protein synthesis by almost 20%. I thought I would just throw that in there. But basically man if you want to increase your testosterone naturally then just think about doing heavy low rep squats.
