I have just started to focus on excercising, eating right and taking supplements. I have seen results from workout, but from what i understand a certain amount of people are unresponsive to creatine... is there anyway to find out if I myself am unresponsive or responsive? Because i am eating much better, exercising a lot more, and getting much more protein than before so obviously i should see results. I dont want to waste my money on creatine if it doesnt help me...so restating the question is there a way to clinically find out if u are unresponsive?

I've read and heard about 30% of people are unresponsive to normal creatine monohyrate mixtures.

Why not try it? It's cheap. Cheaper then a DR visit or tests... neither will be paid by insurance.

If you notice nothing.. no strength.. no size.. no water retention.. no nothing..

Even if you are responsive and tested. What if you notice no results whatsoever? Responsive or not.. why waste your money.

V12 was designed by SANS to help those 30% that are not responsive to creatine. There's been good reviews on that product.

Start off with normal creatine monohydrate mixed with dextrose. If after 1 month you notice nothing at all.. then you are probably a non-responder. There's something like a 30% chance of that.

If you still want the benefits, try V12. As it is said to help with those 30% that do not respond to normal creatine.

I did a quick search and I cannot find a cheap or any real method of testing for creatine responsiveness.. there's been many clinical trails at various places but nothing that you can just go sign up for and get tested.

Thanks for that
i have noticed signficant changes in the past month. I am 18 now, and i cut out all junk food from my life as soon as i moved to miami last month...so i don't know if creatine was a benefiter.

I am using CellTech and NitroTech, with the Megaman multivitamins, for now on a regular basis.

Ugg.

Buy yourself an inexpensive whey, and cheap creatine monohydrate, some cheap bulk dextrose and take the extra money you have left over and throw it out the window.

dextrose

A form of sugar that will help you get an insulin spike to get the creatine absorbed quicker.

It's not table sugar.. it's more advanced and not just plain old simple sugar.
