I have just started to focus on excercising, eating right and taking supplements. I have seen results from workout, but from what i understand a certain amount of people are unresponsive to creatine... is there anyway to find out if I myself am unresponsive or responsive? Because i am eating much better, exercising a lot more, and getting much more protein than before so obviously i should see results. I dont want to waste my money on creatine if it doesnt help me...so restating the question is there a way to clinically find out if u are unresponsive?

Thanks for that i have noticed signficant changes in the past month. I am 18 now, and i cut out all junk food from my life as soon as i moved to miami last month...so i don't know if creatine was a benefiter. I am using CellTech and NitroTech, with the Megaman multivitamins, for now on a regular basis.
