Easy, eat less calories than what you work off. Say your body burns 1000 calories a day you should be eating 800 calories. If you drink lots of soft drinks STOP NOW! Drink lots of water or powerade/gatorade. Try not eating/drinking as much carbs as possible! LOW FAT or NO FAT!! Untill you lose the desired weight. My favorite Cardio/fat burner exercise is the Stationary Bicycle. Do that for about 1 hour a day and then lift some weights it will tighten strengthin and bulk your muscles. I would go to about 190llbs and then only do about 30 mins of Cardio then turn the rest into muscle. Work all your muscles when you get down to your desired weight and want to turn the rest into muscle come back here and post! Prepare to wait a long time, these things take time LOTS of TIME. I would say about 3-6 months.
