How do I take these in order?

Protein N.O Creatine MV & Fish Oil Kind of new to working out, want to know when to take the supplements above. Also is there a purpose to be taking any weight gainer? I am not to familiar with the stuff, friends have told me that you dont need both weight gainer and protein shake. Take one or the other? This true? If so, what is the better option? Thanks

multi right when you wake up with a glass of water protein AT LEAST 1 before and 1 after workout creatine- some creatines tell you to take them twice daily, some say once. better off after workout IMO fish oil - just follow the instruction on the label you don't really need the NO. it does nothing for you but basically get you hyper and concentrated. but take it before your workout look into some BCAA's

some have more than others, and we don't know what he's taking and i donnt think you can have too many bcaa's haha. idk though, maybe i'm wrong

True, you can never have enough muscle food lol. I take my whey as well as BCAA's. Seems to be working out alright.

Protein- 40g post workout (Taking Protein before is optional) N.O.- Just depends on the product, follow the label accordingly. Creatine-Post Workout Multi-Vitamin- Serving Size amount with full meal Fish Oil- 1 Capsule three times daily with meals.

ORIGINAL: paparoach429 why would you recommend taking it after a workout? i thought basic plain creatine was for like hyping you up during a workout? Ya why??? I am taking my creatine mono pre WO and cytogainer right post. Should i be taking creatine post also??

well i was asking boomersooner why he would suggest taking it postworkout, for the fact that it hypes you up.. im not sure but i think it has something to the effect of filling your muscles with water so they can grow better or something.

what boomersooner was sayin is that some creatines say twice a day some say once. if once, then take pre workout. majority say twice, in which case before and after wo. altho might i add, it is only to get it into your "system" altho some you will not get an instant "boost" if you take it minutes before a workout. you take it in small doeses then bigger ones to get it into your system over time for it to start taking affect. if you notice it doesnt do anything for maybe a week or so untill your body adapts to it.
