I've doing a lot of research and have decided to try a ph cycle, but am concerned about maintaining my gains after the cycle.

I'm going to try 1-ad for a 3 week cycle at 300mg a day (may up it to 4-500mg towards end of cycle - see how i feel), followed by 4 weeks pct using 6oxo and will have Nolvadex and Clomid on hand just in case. I will also be using milk thistle during both the cycle and pct. I've also been advised to take glucosamine and take a calcium supplement to help with any joint pains and aches that my occur from increased weight, ect. (don't want to get injured).

I will also consume at least 3,500 quality calories a day, drink loads of water and train extra hard during the cycle.

My main concern is maintaining the gaings after coming off the ph. Should I start a creatine cycle after, should I use glutamine during the cycle or save it for after, or both? Are there any other supplements to help maintain your gains after a ph cycle?

Any suggestions and advice would be much appreciated - am I missing anything?

Im not sure ... but for me i take Glutamine ... 5g of Glutamine before and 5g after my workout, high protein diet, enough carbs to filled up my muscle and i kept 95% of the gain .... i dont do water retention so i dont loose water .... on a 2 weeks M1T Cycle i can gain 2-3-4 lbs muscle mass ... and on my 2 weeks off i can gait another 1-2 lbs ... simply workout with the same intensity after your cycle ...

thanks for the feedback Magik! Do you hold back on the glutamine till after your cycle or use it during as well. Would you suggest starting a creatine cycle at the beggining of pct - would this help to maintain strength and any gains made.

i use Glutamine always ... before, during and after .... its on my usual supplementation ... Creatine Cycle can help to keep the water retention of your PH cycle ....

Again thanks Magic! I think I'll start a creatine cycle at the beginning of pct to keep strength levels up and maybe colstrum at the same time.

I have both Nolva and 6oxo for my pct - which would you recommend? Would you recommend both and if so would the dosages be different than just using one of the said products?

bro, first off to truly help you on your quest for mass....you need to post some simple info....age, height, weight, training history.........second is that doing 1-ad for 4 weeks will do nothing but jack your blood levels (at about 4 weeks would be when it would just start to effect you), and make your wallet lighter (you should at a minimum go 8 weeks, up to 12 weeks)......oxo6 is a waste of money....and if you can access tamoxifin and clomid...why are you using "pro" hormones, and not AAS's?..........but you basic question of PCT should be 100mg of Clomid ED(everyday) for 28 days with Dhea, l-glutamine and creatine (this will help stabalize your blood levels and get your nuts back online)....just my opinion...you can PM me if you need too, always willing to help the motivatied!

Cheers Jad for your input! Here's a bit about my background - I'm going to be 25 in Sept and have been training for 4 years - the first 2 years consisted a lot of trial and error in regards to what training worked for me and trying to get my diet in check, hence gains in the first 2 years were minimal, but for the last 2 years my diet has been excellent and training awesome and have made some excellent gains. I've always been skinny - REAL skinny - I'm 6'0 and when I started I was a mere 132lbs - I'm now 172lbs and my body fat has only gone up to 8% from about 5% 4 years ago. I know I haven't reached my peak, but have definately hit a plateau and haven't made any real gains in the last 3 months, which is why I'm considering a ph cycle.

My reasons for using ph as opposed to aas's, for want of a better word, seem to be the safer alternative - less sides, etc. and it is going to be my first cycle.

I don't want to leave any stone unturned before I start popping pills. There's so many conflicting opinions on these forums, it hard to decide which road to take - Magic says 6oxo is fine and you say it's a waste of money. I've also read that pct should be as long if not longer than your cycle and that you shouldn't cycle 1-ad for more than 4 weeks - if I were to cycle 1-ad for a minimum of 8 weeks surely pct should be a lot longer than 28 days?

Also, some say that pct is time for your body to recover from the cycle, hence training volume should decrease and some say to still give it 110% - I suppose you don't know what will work for you until you try it.

Again all your input is much appreciated, knowledge is king, and it all helps build up the bigger picture - thanks guys!

Read about Clomid and Novaldex ... 60X0 for Pro-Hormone is great and you want to start light by using PH ... so i dont see the point to take Clomid or Novaldex ...

I'm just going to have the Nolva and Clomid on hand in case of an emergency, you never know how your body will react - I'm a bit of a hypercondriact and I'm just being extra pecautious.

Nolvadex(tamoxifen) and Clomid (clomiphine citrate) are REAL pharmaceuticals that have massive case studies done to prove the effects of the drugs and have also been scrutinized by the FDA for approval in humans...............where as 6OXO is NOT a synthetic version of anytype of hormone or inhibitor (again a precursor) and has not been approved by the FDA and may or may not work....period. I dont understand you guys take PH (why not real gear) and screw with your hormone levels and your not assured to get any results and the results that do come from PH are no where near what you would get from AAS...... i read in here guys talking about the huge numbers of "cycles" they have done (what a waste of perfectly good money)...and then after screwing with your hormone levels you then would take the chance of an over the counter remedy to eleviate side effects and get your natural test levels back online.......if someone did an eight week cycle then according to the 6OXO instructions you should take it for 8 weeks...what a joke....that is eight weeks orals.....must not like your liver...and if you cant get your nat. test levels online within 4 weeks.....GO SEE A DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY.

I think I said this in antoher post, not sure if it was to you or not, (bad memory and too lazy to check..lol). AAS... excelent idea, customs sure loves to see that **** come overseas. FBI loves to investigate bodybuilders. All in all they are illegal, which is why I personally have chosen not to go that route just yet. My liver has withstood PH usage for more than 2 years now, so its now ready for something like dbol or anadrol or winny tabs or whatever other oral you can take that will damage your liver (winny isnt that bad when it comes to the liver). I plan on my first steroid cycle whenever I can find the stuff, I need to find someone I can trust isnt screwing me over w/ ****ty merchandise, and who isnt undercover. No one in my gym is on them, so I'm stuck with PH's. I would have rather had taken a PH before a steroid in respect that I have atleast introduced some form of active test. (assuming that it converts) in my system other than my own, before I go with a guarenteed active hormone, kinda like a "steps to taking steroids" kinda deal. I say money well spent, and great muscle gains as well, for some PH's dont work, but as for me, they work like a charm.
