Narsty. I hate mayo. For the fat content, and I just dont like it. Yet, you could add more natty pb, more alomds, or different kind of nuts if you wanted to mix it around. Also you could pick up a total EFA if you wanted to get more of them as well.

David did Keto, I've never done it. I know a few guys that have done it, and I might try it next year.

More almonds, whole eggs, vegetable oil, real mayo, avocado, nuts, olives.

Is there a reason you're not eating any vegetables?  I don't know where you got your meal plan but every time I've seen Keto diets they include vegetables.  They have tons of vitamins and stuff that your body needs.  I wouldn't be scared of them.  They do contain carbs, but I think you need them.

I made my meal plan, didn't get it from anywhere.  The reason I don't have vegetables is, they take too long to eat.  I don't have all that much time to eat throughout the day, and when there's vegetables in my meals they always last a lot longer, I don't know why.  I figured Animal Pak would suffice for the vitamins I'm going to need, but I suppose I could throw in some broccoli.

I suppose mayonaisse would be a good idea, or more nuts.  I'll probably tweak it later on tonight.

I looked at yours, and took some things from it, like the cottage cheese, and looked at what my ratio's should look like.  Other than that though, I mainly made it myself.

Why would you multiply your lean body weight by 1? :)
