Free journaling website that will log your daily food intake and tell you how many calories/protiens/carbs/fats you have eaten that day. Great tool for tracking your food with charts, graphs and a nutrient database. The key to both losing weight or building muscle is what you eat - you may be surprised that you are either eating too little or too much to attain your goals. Highly recommended!

This site is awesome! I never bothered keeping track of what I ate due to the hassle, but this site makes it rediculously easy.

i find it rather easy calculateing what i ate. all you really need to do is look at the nutrution facts and add it up. simple math.Smile
