Hello - my first post.

I've been reading a lot of posts and find all the info really useful. I'm very impressed.

I'm taking control of my diet right now.

I've took danmirage tip and signed up to fitday.com.

Everything on fitday and on these posts talks about a cup as a unit of measurement but I cant figure out how big a cup is - simple I know.

We have Mugs in the UK - is this a cup?
