How to focus on pectoralis major medial fibres ????

My pectotalis major musles are far from each others they grow much on lateral fibres ( arms side ), i need to focus on medial fibres to make the muscles close to each other!! somthing esle, i need to strech muscle downword because it's too short ( not small ) How to focus on triceps medial head

If you're talking about the gap between the two running down your sternum, there's not a whole lot you can do about that. Muscle attachment is muscle attachment. There isn't an exercise on Earth that will change where a muscle attaches to the bone. On the other hand, if you're just talking about filling in some thickness on your inner chest, you should be hitting cable crossovers and anything that allows you to get a maximal squeeze at the top of the rep. Bench pressing won't cut the mustard -that's an overall mass builder, but you're still leaving a good 25% of the possible range of motion on the table in a bench press. The best kind of inner pec exercises are the ones that bring your elbows closest together.

Agreed with veggeep. Cable crossovers would work. When people refer to the "inner chest" muscle, I often believe it's in reference to the 3 heads of the pectoralis minor.
