How to focus on pectoralis major medial fibres ???? - Monday, August 17, 2009 12:21 PM ( #1 )

My pectotalis major musles are far from each others they grow much on lateral fibres ( arms side ), i need to focus on medial fibres to make the muscles close to each other!!
somthing esle, i need to strech muscle downword because it's too short ( not small )

You can't make your muscles closer together, or 'stretch' down. Your muscle shape is pre-determined by your genetics. The shape they are now is the shape they will always be.

As above, you cant shape, sculpt or do any kind of weird **** with your muscles, they can do 3 things: get bigger, get smaller, or stay the same size, muscle shape is all genetics.
