Focus on development of your flat and incline bench press and gain weight. Weighted dips are pretty good for the sternal head of the pec too. Make sure you're gaining weight and progressively overloading the muscle tissue with those basic movements.

biggest mistake i see people make is form, you have to focus on keeping your shoulders back when doing any chest exercise otherwise alot of the stress will shift to shoulders. Id focus on pushups till you can really feel your chest muscles working and when you can easily hold your shoulders pinched back while you do it. best of luck young warrior PS if your 130lbs..whats your height...cause thats looks liek to me you need to eat some food boy!

Sounds like you are really skinny to me; i think you need to get on a full body routine.

Do pushups out the ass and heavy flat benchpress, these will build strong, enduring, and powerful pecs. To grow, you need to eat enough calories to gain weight, keep the calories to clean and lean sources. Tuna, vegetables, fruits, etc. Bench press right, bench press strong, I want feet on the ground, back arched properly, shoulders down and back. The bar will go to where you command it to go.
Three week keto test run Started July 19 It will work, or I'm done dieting.

Start on a 5x5, squat often and eat like there's no tomorrow (clean of course)
