Hey everyone i know you should be drinking a ton of water when you are working out/doing cardio, especially if you are on creatine. I am just curious as to how much is dangerous. I think I recall seeing that you should be drinking 1-1.5oz of water per pound or something like that, but I can't remember exactly. I have been drinking upwards of 200oz of water a day and just wanna make sure I don't overdo it. I am cutting but on creatine to help maintain muscle mass and I weigh about 230. Can anyone tell me how much is too much water for me?

When you've reached the point that you have kidney failure, back off a little, then continue.

Chances are you are staying below the 60 cup a day threshold. Just spread it out over the day.
