Yes, you certainly should. Your body needs the proper nutrition to grow and repair! Eat!

out of interest mate, how long to you spend cutting, bulking? is there a set amoount of pounds you gain/lose in a specific time frame? its just that there are so many cutting/bulking threads around, i worry that some of the younger lads are doing it because thats what they hear needs to be done, and are not doing it properly. not a dig at all, just trying to help.

just train hard for the moment then mate. at 18, if youve not been training long just concentrate on getting good form in your exercises and increasing the numbers week in week out. your appitite will follow your progression

i wouldnt lift weights more than three times a week, and base sessions around one or two compound movements. do you play sports? if so, then no need to add any extra cardio sessions.

My off days, i don't consume the same preworkout and post workout stuff, but I find I still need to eat plenty and make up for that loss in calories slightly, although I don't consume as much simple carbs on off days. If you eat every 3 hours till you aren't hungry anymore it will usually keep you from overeating and well stocked with the nutrients you need for growth, that is of course if you are eating decent food. Personally I think my appetite is way overactive, I'm gaining a nice 1lb to 2lbs a week, but yet I am still hungry all the time. I've run out of stuff to eat, running out of ideas and bored of making the same stuff.
