Well you should be squatting 1000 pounds, benching 500 and deadlifting around 1100 or so. Jeez. Sorry for the sarcasm but MAYBE if you gave just a LITTLE more information, someone MIGHT be able to help then again if you use that little 'search' box in the top right of the screen you might be able to help yourself. And which information he got by going to Google and doing a search. Maybe I'm just tired of seeing the same posts day after day from people (mostly but not limited to folks under the age of 18) who appear to be too lazy to do the basic research themselves and THEN if they don't understand something or have questions, post a question with a little bit more detail than what yours contained which was almost none. Other than age and height. There's a whole Internet out there, make use of it. Paul

Go back to your Xbox/Game Cube/PSP and leave moving heavy stuff to those who are best suited to it. Paul

I feel like going to wherever they live and punch them. Since when did bodybuilding become about 25 inch arms and 8 pac abs. I just wanna say to them: well maybe if you work out for biceps, they might grow. But the worst is "bulking on mcdonalds" wtf is that? use your brain. W.e i can go on forever, but good stuff pwolf. -Mike

I think u need 2 calm down a bit mate, i mean every beginner has a very imature view. They have seen a picture and thought yer thats wat i wanna look like, so thts y they ask very direct stupid seeming questions. You need 2 understand that these people do not understand the in's ad out's etc etc, and even if u tell them all u know, it will still take sum trial and error and sum time 2 take in all the information. So as you have learned of ur elders, you become wiser and pass the knowledge on to the younger ppl, and so on and so forth. ta

ORIGINAL: Dae_Light easy now fellas! i understand where you are coming from, but we were once those people, who asked, when we could of easily found it ourselves. i wrote a huge post on it, but then jst decided to google it, and let him start from basics, patience my friends, i know its fustrating, specially when you start developing your own wealth of knowledge, but beginners are beginners, alwats gotta be easy with em. its like that leaner driver going 30 in a 40 zone, we were once there, let them be, they will leanr eventually, Very true, my bad Chris, i seem to forget about my newbie days. It isnt just you so dont let my opinion get you down, many people do this and your not the one to blaime. -Mike

You know, 'oldies' tend to as stupid questions too. However, because of their age and experience, we tend to give it a bit more thought than we would to a question asked by a 16 year old beginner. We dont want to take the chance to challenge the intelligence of an 'oldie' because we might get burnt so we tend to just sit quietly and disagree to ourselves but not have the balls to question their authority. Dae is right. Its a learning curve. And I can say iwth 100% certainty that noone on this board, or anywhere on earth, knows everything there is to know about bodybuilding. Let the young lads ask questions. Its only from stupid questions that we learn the most. Im sick of the newbies being flamed for asking questions that im sure you wouldve asked in your time at some point. Its not a healthy attitude to have. I hope when i ask 'stupid' questions which may seem so abundantly clear to someone else, im not going to have to put up with the same immature replies that this lad got. PS: Liverpool got lucky last season. IT WAS A FLUKE! Go JUVENTUS!

the Oracle at Delphi said "He among you is the wisest who, like Socrates, knows that his wisdom is really worth nothing at all"
