I have herd people talking about this if so how should i take them and are they bad for me? Also do they really work?

How old are you, how does your diet look? are you doing cardio?

Ok i am 15 (mabe i should not take) i am eating lots of salad glass of milk and what ever protein i can get that they have thats for lunch and dinner. At breakfeast i have some eggs on two pieces of whole weat toast and normally water or OJ and a piece of fruit. I have lacrosse practice from 3:40-5:15 that is alot of running i do there. Then i go and weight train for 30min. After that i down two scoops of whey with about 10ounces of water mabe 15. then i go and do homework then do some push-ups before i go to bed.

Doesn't really sound like you need anything of the sort. Why would this ever require a fat burner which I believe Hot Rox is. No one would advise any 15 year old to take a fat burner, especially when they don't need it. My suggestion is to eat more, and make sure you have carbs post workout. Protein is great and all, but without Carbs, it can only do so much. Insulin spike is your friend

I Suggest taking a good multi-Vitamen.. I hear animal pak is good or AST Multi Pro 32X.. AST multi pro is only 4 caplets aday and animal pak is alot more i beleive.. and AST multi pro pretty cheap. 15.00$ for 100 caplets
