day 2 legs and back lifted only on a bannana when i woke then my Pro-NOs and Horsepower pre better results then first experience noticiable increase in strength squated 245 10 or more times (didn't keep track) for 5 sets. i normally do 225 since it was leg and back i' didn't notice a much larger amount of pump or vasularity but i think i will on wed.so the empty stomach theory worked better.and i quess results are supposed to reach peak levels on the third day of use so that could be it to.
