Hoodia

In the past I had a very bad reaction to a "diet pill" and have been too afraid to try anything since then. But, Hoodia seems very tempting. My biggest problem as of now is not being able to control late night cravings/snacking. I know it's been around for a few years and I have never considered it until recently. Basically, what I'd like to know.....is if anyone has used this and how did it make you feel? I hear people say it has no side effects....is this true? Thank you!

The only side effect that I have heard about is that it may work too well suppressing the appetite. I heard that some were not hungry....ever...on these Hoodia products, and actually had to remind themselves to eat.

Not a fan of diet pills. If you have trouble with late night cravings because you're actually hungry then you need to eat. Just make a smart choice like some carrots/yogurt/cottage cheese.

I think it works well...I notice that it curbs my appetite even in extreme dieting. No side effects for me either.

I think hoodia is safe enough, its a herb but nothing can do what diet and training do, it may help but opu have to apply 88% of the work and diet.
