Anyone with recipes for some kind of oat-based carb and protein bar? I Would like to be eating protein bars between meals 'cos they're convenient but they're just too expensive to eat every day.

Here is a oatmeal cookie recipe from jay cutler, I just added a little bit of whey or muscle milk into the batter and they still turned out great. Hopefully this will somewhat help you out. http://www.jaycutler.com/sub/oatmealcookie.htm

Sounds like an awesome recipe. I'm going to try it with some whey powder in it. Have you tried this before? How did they turn out?
