Home Gym Setup - 4/7/2003 1:42:28 PM
Guest
There' s no way I' m going to my local gym. Don' t get me started. Too far away, 24hr type gym.. nasty.. getto.

Anyway, what do you think of this home gym setup? Weider 550 something.

Seems stable. I' ve had good luck so far. I should probaby clear out some more space around the bench.

Anybody had luck with home gyms before? Specifically Weider gyms?

Thanks,

I have this bench set up and it works well. Save the money if you just want to stay in shape. You can do a lot with this:

pulldowns, good back workout, squats, inc/dec/flat bench, legs, and it stores weight on the side.

You can get it at sams club for like $300. comes with bar, bench, rack, straight bar for pully, curl bar for pully, and 250 lbs of weight.

You can' t beat that.
