which would be best for hockey training... a 3 day full body or a 4 day split looking to do cardio on 2 days and weight training on all days
it ain't the size of the dog in the fight, its the size of the fight in the dog fight record: 10-2

First of all...GOOD LUCK with your dreams. My son is also 14, 5'4" and weighs 125 lbs. He wakes up every morning at 5:30 am and works out with weights and does some conditioning/running work for about 1.5 to 2 hours before he heads out to school. He is in off campus PE for hockey so he gets out of school one hour early. After school he finishes his homework and then is outside shooting pucks. He will go for several hours just working on his technique. During the off-season we have him work with a power skating coach 3-4 times per week to help him with skating mechanics and speed. He works out with his team 3-4 times per week and usually has a game or several over the weekends. We keep track of his progress and he keeps motivated by checking out his newly acquired muscles in the mirror...lol. Keep up with the good work, keep your grades up and we hope to see you in the NHL someday!!! ____________________________________ isp provider Pregancy and Bariatric Surgery
