Hmmm

well, i'm 17, im on creatine, N02, and myoplex. It seems like lately i have not been gaining as much muscle or even adding more weights when im benching... what order and when should i be taking my supplements? it seems like last summer i gained almost 10 pounds from myoplex, and ive gained about 10 pounds this school year, and all of a sudden everything has stopped. i have a feeling it has something to do with some personal and emotional things that have been going on in my life lately though...can i not be working out as much and not even realizing it due to depression? anyways, any tips or pointers on how much weight i should be adding each week would be great, and when i should take my different supplements. i usually take the N02 before i eat dinner, and then the creatine right before i start working out, then drink the myoplex after i work out. leave some replys!

yeah depression can hurt you but it can make you stronger something girl related you put that anger or whatever you are feelin into the liftin plus remember when you go into the gym you need to leave all other aspects of life outside when you walk inside its you and the weights as far as supps alot of times you take the creatine half before and after me i take mine at the end it has the sugar and all in it so i just mix water quick glycogen restorer and creatine deliverer also i agree make sure you give enough off cycle time for all supps taken this lets it clear out of the body and the body will react the next time like new again also words from the wise that question has come up alot of when to take stuff ill repeat what i read just read the directions they usually wont do you wrong ps how did the NO2 work for you i hear its good but about 80 bucks a pop not liking that
If weightlifting was easy, everyone would do it You gotta lift BIG, to get BIG Doesn't matter how much you lift but how you lift it

To hell with asking when you should take your supps- How are you eating? If you're diet's not right, all the supps in the world won't help- Why not post something in the nutrition forum about what you eat in an average day, I'm sure we'll be able to help out there.
