Way to much work. If you're still in high school, all of those movements aren't necessary.

How's this?

Workout A
Squat
Flat Bench
OH Press
Dips

Workout B
Deadlift
Incline Bench
BB Row
Pullup

Hammer those movements and you'll do fine. Accessory abdominal work, grip work, rotator cuff work is acceptable.

Add in light front squats at the end of workout B and you have a perfect routine. Make sure you squat and deadlift as hard as you can dude. Lower body is where it's at in football every time.

Ya dude we played a small school at a football jamboree at a camp and i dont think any of them lifted accept for maybe their RB and LB.  Jeez it was so easy to flatten cuz their legs were super weak.  Lots of fun.

I usually play DE and MLB.  Coach said that i will probably play TE when we go in double TE formations too.

Yeah, you're right - probably not enough lower body work for someone training for football.

I'll fix it.

Workout A
Squat
Flat Bench
OH Press
Power Clean
Dips

Workout B
Deadlift
BB Row
Incline Bench
Pullup
Front Squat

Should do some good

This is off topic, yes, but..

MLB? Oh God, crack some skulls dude. Make sure you lift hardcore. I think that's one of the toughest positions ever. I would suggest using some creatine also, for sure.

What are your stats?

Yeah, I got my **** rocked back in the day by a full speed half back a couple of times. I decided to go to DE after that. Didn't have enough weight under my belt.
