Is anyone else here interested in competing, or just generally interested in these events?

I'm more interested in watching since I'm no way in any shape (yet) to participate.  Anyone who participates and competes is awesome in my book and worthy of respect.  Smile

Well I have switched gyms, I am going now to a gym that can accomadate heavy deadlift andsquats and bech press etc. Along with the spotting and help I need to get the to where I need to be.

My goal is to compete in the 2007 highland games, and then from there start competeing in regional and maybe national strongman competitions.
